1. How do I change my company name or legal entity?
To update your company name, legal entity, or any other business information, please contact our support team through any of the following channels:

2. What is a membership?
Your membership is the plan that gives you access to Ontop’s services. The cost depends on the number of active contracts you have. With your membership, you can:
- Manage your contracts
- Make international payments
- Access exclusive reports and features
3. What fees does Ontop charge?
- Membership fee: Charged per active contract. You can view the details in the Membership section of the platform.
Charges may apply depending on the payment method used (bank fees, currency conversion fees, etc.). These are not charged by Ontop but by third parties involved in the transaction.
4. What type of membership do I have, and what is the cost?
To check your membership type and cost:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Membership section.
- There, you’ll see your active contracts and associated fees.
5. Where can I see the fees being charged?
To review the fees applied to your payments:
- Log in to your account.
Go to the Invoices section (left-side menu). - You’ll find a breakdown of all your transactions and the fees applied to each.
6. How do I change my password?
You can change your password from the login page. Just click on "Forgot my password" and follow the steps to set a new one.
7. My account is blocked, and I can’t make payments. What should I do?
If your account is blocked, it may be due to a pending verification or an issue with a transaction. To resolve it:
- Check your email for any notifications from Ontop.
