1. Where to Find the Alerts Panel You’ll see the Alerts Panel as soon as you log in. You can also access it anytime from the top right corner of your dashboard.
2. What Alerts Will I Receive? You’ll receive notifications for:

Payment confirmations and issues

Account notifications

Important updates or required actions
3. Do I Need to Enable Alerts? Nope! Alerts are automatically displayed so you never miss anything important.
4. Questions About an Alert? If you’re unsure about an alert or need help, reach out to our support team through the Help Center or chat with us on the platform.

5. Can I choose which alerts to be notified of? Not yet! But we’re working on a flexible setup where you’ll be able to:

Choose what types of alerts you receive

Define where you receive them (In-app, Email, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams)

Set custom timing and preferences
6. Who from my team receives alerts? Currently, only admins receive alerts to maintain privacy and control. We’re planning an update that will allow team managers to receive team-specific notifications in the future.
7. Why do I get some emails but don’t see them in the Alerts Panel (and vice versa)? Emails are mostly confirmation-based (e.g., payment completed, contract signed), while the Alerts Panel focuses on action-required notifications. We’ll soon be working to unify all notifications into a single center.
8. What if I don’t see an alert I saw before? The Alerts Panel displays only the 30 most recent alerts to keep things streamlined. Older alerts are automatically removed from the list.
9. Can I organize alerts by topic? Right now, alerts are displayed chronologically with the most recent at the top. Future updates will introduce options to:
