How To: Use Ontop Balance

Ontop Balance offers a convenient way to manage payments for Ontop services, allowing you to prepay for future transactions and access credits instantly.

This guide will walk you through the simple steps to top-up your Ontop Balance, so you can make payments quickly and efficiently without delays. 

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log in to your Ontop account using your credentials.

2. Go to the Ontop Balance section and click on the "Top-up" button. 

3. Choose your preferred payment method: ACH, International or US wires, Credit Card, or Crypto (please note, Crypto is not available for U.S. clients).

4. Enter the amount you wish to top-up to your Ontop Balance, ensuring it’s within the USD 1,000,000 limit.

5. Complete the payment by following the instructions for your chosen payment method. Double-check the payment details before submitting.

6. Wait for Ontop to review and approve the top-up. Once approved, the funds will be available instantly in your Ontop Balance.

7. Once approved, the funds are available immediately for payments to workers or other Ontop services.

8. To track your transactions, visit the Ontop Balance History section, where you'll find a detailed list of your transactions, including dates, payment methods, amounts, and statuses.

9. You can continue using the funds in your Ontop Balance for future payments, knowing they are ready for immediate use.

Important Notes:

• Payments to Ontop Balance are non-refundable as they are prepayments for Ontop services.
• Transactions exceeding the limit will be declined.
• Refunds can be requested within 24 hours if there’s an error in the transaction amount.
