- No, contracts will automatically send invitations to workers once they are created.
2. Where can I find the contracts after creation?
- All contracts can be found in the My Workforce section, listed under both All Contracts and Pending Contracts.
3. Which contract types can be created using the bulk feature?
- Currently, you can only create Contractor Pro and Ontop Signs contracts. These are contracts where Ontop hires on your behalf, with an option to include you as a signing party.
4. If I choose not to sign now, will I have to sign each contract individually later?
- No, in the All Contracts list, you can select all pending contracts and sign them in bulk.
5. What should I do if I encounter errors in the upload?
- Review the return file generated after the upload attempt. This file will specify exactly what needs correction in the template. Make the necessary changes and re-upload the file.
6. Can I edit a contract after it’s created through the bulk flow?
- No, once the contracts are finalized, any changes will require creating a new contract or making adjustments directly with the worker.
7. Can I view the contract status after creation?
- Yes, in the My Workforce section, you can track each contract’s status, from pending actions to signed and completed statuses.
8. Is there a limit to the number of contracts I can create at once?
- Currently, there is no maximum limit, but for larger volumes, ensure the file size meets platform requirements for smooth processing.
9. What if I need help filling out the Excel template?
