With the new "Save Contracts as Draft" feature, you can now save a contract midway through the process without sending an invitation to your worker. This gives you the flexibility to come back later and finish without losing any of your progress.
Step-by-Step: How to Save a Contract as a Draft

Start creating your contract:
Go to the My Workforce section or click on the New Hire button.
Begin creating a contract by selecting the relevant worker and entering the required information. -
Fill in the initial details:
Complete the basic contract information, such as the worker's name, contract type, and payment details. -
Save it as a draft:
Instead of finishing the contract and sending the invitation to your worker, simply click Save as Draft. This saves all the information you've entered so far without notifying the worker. -
Find your draft later:
When you're ready to continue, go to the Onboarding list.
You’ll see the draft there. Just click Edit to pick up where you left off. -
Complete and send:
Once you're done with your edits, finalize the contract, and the invitation will be sent to your worker.

Will my worker get an invitation if I save a draft?
No, your worker won’t receive anything until you’ve finished and sent the contract. -
Where can I find my saved draft?
You'll find all your draft contracts in the Onboarding list. They won’t show up in the All Contracts list until they’re finalized. -
Can I edit my draft before sending it?
Yes, you can return to your draft at any time by going to the Onboarding list and clicking Edit. -
What happens if I don’t finish editing right away?
Your contract will stay saved as a draft in the Onboarding list until you're ready to complete and send it. -

How do I send the invitation to the worker?
To send the invitation, click either Review and Sign or I’ll Sign Later. Selecting either of these options will immediately send the invitation to the worker.
