We’ve added a Payment Tracker to the platform, making it easier than ever to know exactly where your payment stands.
in your Wallet, you’ll now see a "Track your payment" pop-up where you can follow the journey of your paycheck. Here’s a breakdown of the statuses you’ll see and what they mean:

Awaiting confirmation of your paycheck
We’ve sent your invoice to the client, and we’re waiting for them to process the payment.
(This happens as soon as the invoice is created.) -
Your payment is on its way to Ontop!
Your client has sent the payment, but it hasn’t reached Ontop yet. This can take up to 3 business days, especially if it’s affected by a holiday. -
Your payments is currently being processed.
The payment has arrived at Ontop and has been approved. However, the funds haven’t been added to your wallet yet because it’s not payday. -
Your payment has arrived to your wallet
Treat yourself! Your money has arrived in your wallet!
