9. What happens if my transaction exceeds the top-up limit?
The total limit is USD 1,000,000 to maintain financial security. If any transaction, combined with the amount you already have, exceeds this limit, the transaction will be refused. Please ensure your top-up amount is within this limit to avoid any inconvenience.
10. Can I withdraw funds from my Ontop Balance?
No, withdrawals are no allowed while using Ontop Balance.
11. How are Ontop Balance transactions tracked?
Transactions made with Ontop Balance are recorded in your transaction history. This page includes columns for the transaction date, transaction type, payment method, status, total amount, and a button to download the receipt for approved transactions.
12. What happens if a payment method is disabled for me?
If a payment method is disabled for you in the Admin View (ADMV), you will not be able to use that method to make payments or top up your Ontop Balance. This ensures you only use authorized payment methods.
13. How do you handle refunds or chargebacks in Ontop Balance?
Refunds or chargebacks are processed through the same payment method used to top up your Ontop Balance. The funds are deducted from your balance, and the transaction is updated accordingly in the system.

Currently, transferring funds between different Ontop Balances is not supported. You can only use the balance within your own account for payments and transactions on the platform.
