Creating a Team
Setting up teams is crucial for organizing your workforce effectively. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the 'Teams' section in the menu.
- Click the 'New team' button.
- Name your team and select a manager.
- Click 'Add new team' to finalize.
Now that your team is set up, you're ready to start assigning workers.
Assigning Workers to a Team
To assign workers to a team, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the 'Contract list' and locate the contract you want to assign to a team. Click on its Actions button.
- Select the 'Assign team' option.
- Choose the team from the dropdown menu.
- Click 'Save' to confirm.
Repeat these steps for each worker you wish to assign to a team.
Filtering Invoices by Teams
To filter invoices by team, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Pay now' section in the 'Payments' menu and click 'Filters'.
- Under the "Teams" filter, select the team you want to filter by, and then click the "Apply" button.
You will now see all invoices related to that team. It's that simple! You can repeat these steps to filter invoices for any other teams.
