Step by step of how to sign an adjustment made by your company in your contract.
If your company has created an amendment, you will be notified in your email and your Ontop account. Sign in and you'll find this:
👉 Step 1: Go to the "Contracts" section, to see the contract summary.
There you can see the adjustment made by reviewing the PDF or seeing what was modified in the details (Role, Payment, or Termination date).
📌 Keep in mind 📌
You cannot sign the amendment if your company has not done so first. You will see in the status section "Client sign missing", so you just have to wait for your company to complete that process.
👉 Step 2: Click on "Sign new version". Then you will see the next window and you only have to type your full name and then click on the Sign button.
