More details about Monotributo
What is it?
The Monotributo-or Simplified Regime System- is a single tax, the income of a fixed amount, which is made up of a pension component (Social Security) and another tax component. This means that tax payments are made in parallel to the social security payment.
Regarding social security contributions, these allow the protection of the contractor against health and old age risks.
What is it for?
In the case of persons bound by an independent contractor agreement, it is necessary to guarantee that the contractor is covered by the benefits of the Argentine social security system. These quotes must be made by the contractor directly.
What do we do with this information?
The contribution certificate is requested only to validate that the social security contributions have been made continuously and periodically, thus guaranteeing the protection of the contractor against the risks associated with health and old age.
