โ๏ธ Step 1: Click on "Continue" and then on "I'm ready" to initiate the process:
โ๏ธ Step 2: You must complete the verification process from your mobile device, which you can do either through a QR code or via a link sent to your email.
โ๏ธ Step 3: Click on "Start" and then allow access to the camera and location.
โ๏ธ Step 4: You must select the document's country, choose the type of ID, and take a photo.
๐ Make sure to use your original physical document.
๐ Have at least two forms of identification on hand. (National ID Card, Driver's License, Passport, Bank Statement, or Utility Bill)
๐ Documents must not be expired; they must be valid.
๐ Avoid reflections on the document when taking the photo.
โ๏ธ Step 5: You must record a video of your face making two circles with your head.
๐ Make sure not to wear accessories such as glasses or hats while recording the video.
โ๏ธ Step 6: Finally, you must confirm the email address you used to register on your Ontop account with the code sent to you.
โ๏ธ Step 7: Finally, after completing the process, return to your account where the following message will appear: "We are verifying your account information." This may take one to five minutes, after which the message "Well done!" will appear.

- To complete the verification automatically, please consider the recommendations from steps 4 and 5.
- Once you've gone through this process, you may see the following message: "We're verifying your identity." This message will disappear within a maximum of 24 hours as the platform completes the verification automatically.
