2. Is it a debit or credit card?
It’s a prepaid debit card, meaning you can only spend the balance available in your Ontop Wallet. This allows you to have total control of your finances.
3. Which account will this virtual card be linked to? Can I choose?
Your virtual card will be exclusively linked to the balance available in your Ontop Wallet. At the moment, it cannot be linked to external accounts.
4. What kind of transactions can I make?
For now, you can make all the online purchases you want. If you’re interested in in-store purchases, you’ll soon be able to request a physical card (available in select countries). Stay tuned for updates! 👀
5. Will I be charged to apply for or activate the virtual card? Are there any maintenance fees?
No! Requesting and activating your virtual card is completely free. We also don’t charge maintenance fees or require a minimum number of monthly transactions. It’s entirely free to use!

Currently, the per-transaction limit is USD 4,500, but there’s no limit to the number of transactions you can make.

Yes, each reload is limited to a maximum of USD 1,000, but you can reload as many times as you need.
